PCSE now approves GP employment changes automatically

• Since the end of March 2026, every employment change notification from a GP performer is approved automatically in PCSE Online. Practices and ICBs no longer have to confirm them.
• Notifications submitted up to 27 March 2026 that were still waiting for practice or ICB approval were due to be cleared by mid-April 2026.
• PCSE says the aim is to cut admin and stop approval delays from holding up GP pension deductions at year end.
