Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use On the Record. The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

• Every page works without JavaScript.
• Text and controls meet AA colour contrast, in both light and dark mode.
• Pages use proper headings and landmarks, and there is a skip link to the main content.
• Every interactive element shows a visible focus outline.
• Badges and labels always use text, never colour alone.
• The fonts are Atkinson Hyperlegible, designed by the Braille Institute for readers with low vision.
• We test each change with automated accessibility checks.

Known issues

None at the moment. Automated checks do not catch everything, so please tell us if something does not work for you.

Email dpo@abtrace.co and describe the page and the problem. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
