## What's changed

- Since 1 August 2026, PCSE only accepts requests to change practice bank details on its new standard bank mandate form. Emails, letters on headed paper and older forms are refused.
- Only the GP Principal, non-GP Partner, Statements and Practice User Management roles in PCSE Online can submit a request.
- Every active GP partner must sign the declaration. For APMS and other non-partnership models, the ICB validates the request first. PCN bank mandates also move to a standard format.

## Who it affects

GP practices and PCNs in England paid through PCSE, particularly any changing bank, merging or changing partners.

## What to do

- Download the current form from the PCSE website and delete any older copies saved locally.
- Check who in your practice holds one of the approved PCSE Online roles.
- Collect signatures from all active partners before you submit, as incomplete forms are returned.
- If your contractual statement does not match your bank statement, check the ICB and NHS England elements first, then contact your ICB or regional team.
