## What's changed

- CQC launched a Learning from practice series on 30 July 2026. The first case studies come from GP services, drawn from inspections and from visits by its chief inspector for primary care.
- Topics include cancer screening awareness with a local community, multilingual support to improve attendance at childhood asthma reviews, and working with a patient group to reach people left behind by digital-first services.
- More case studies from other sectors are planned.

## Who it affects

GP practices and PCNs in England looking for examples of what CQC regards as good practice.

## What to do

- Read the GP case studies and pick one or two that match a gap in your own services.
- Share the digital exclusion example with your patient participation group if online access is a local concern.
- Note any approaches you already use that are similar, and keep evidence of their impact for your next assessment.
- Sign up to CQC provider bulletins to hear when new case studies are added.
